have about starting therapy. You may not know why you feel what you feel. I can help you understand this.
I can help you find your way to end self-defeating patterns, persistent worry, deep sadness and pain.
Many mental health problems, including depression and anxiety, surface when there is an ongoing conflict (internally or with others). I will establish a partnership with you to explore your inner conflicts and those with the important people in your life.
